Lake View Lodge Rates


Lodge Rates include up to 10 people.
Children 2 and under are free.
Check in time is no earlier than 4:00PM.
Check out time is no later than 9:00AM.
All Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Guests will need to bring their own bath and kitchen linens.




Off-Season Rates Fall 2026/Winter 2027/Spring 2027
(August 15th, 2026 - May 28th, 2027)

$450 Nightly (3 night minimum)
$2250 Weekly



Summer Prime Time Rates 2027
(May 28th, 2027 - August 13th, 2027)


$3150 Weekly
(7 night minimum stay in Prime Time)




Pets
Dogs Only
$100 each dog per week (maximum of 2 dogs)


All rentals will also be charged 12.25% Tax for State, County, and Town Taxes.

A $1000 deposit is required for weekly Prime Time stays.
A $750 deposit is required for 3-night minimum stays or Off-Season weekly stays.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
We will gladly refund your deposit as long as we are notified no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled stay.

Full payment is due no later than 2 weeks before your stay.

If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of your stay, you will only be refunded 50% of your total stay, unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
