Lake View Lodge 2018/2019 Rates


Lodge Rates include up to 10 people.
Children 2 and under are free.
Check in time is no earlier than 4:00PM.
Check out time is no later than 9:00AM.
All Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Guests will need to bring their own bath and kitchen linens.




Off-Season Rates Fall 2023
(August 19th, 2023 - December 22nd, 2023)

$400 Nightly (3 night minimum)
$1950 Weekly



Winter Holiday Rates 2023
(December 22nd, 2023 - January 8th, 2023)


$450 Nightly (3 night minimum)
$2850 Weekly



Off-Season Rates Winter/Spring 2024
(January 8th, 2024 - June 8th, 2024)


$400 Nightly (3 night minimum)
$1950 Weekly



Summer Prime Time Rates 2024
(June 8th, 2024 - August 17th, 2024)


$2850 Weekly
(7 night minimum stay in Prime Time)




Additional Guests
$25 each guest per night over the age of 2

$175 each guest per week over the age of 2


Pets
Dogs Only
$100 each dog per week (maximum of 2 dogs)


All rentals will also be charged 11% State and Local Tax.

A $1000 deposit is required for weekly Prime Time stays.
A $500 deposit is required for 3-night minimum stays or Off-Season weekly stays.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
We will gladly refund your deposit as long as we are notified no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled stay.

Full payment is due no later than 2 weeks before your stay.

If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of your stay, you will only be refunded 50% of your total stay, unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
